“Cluster at new prices” is what your nodes plus a self-hosted HA control plane would cost at Hetzner's post-increase rates. We subtract the increase you avoid by keeping your servers grandfathered, subtract the control plane you no longer run (we host it), and add our €99 HA-tier flat fee (the like-for-like comparison — the Basic, non-HA tier is €49). The remainder is your monthly cost — and the difference is your saving.
